Where be the chocolate nibs!!!?

Since you're in Ohio I would try Krogers, CVS, and Walgreens, as weird as it sounds, they are the ones who tend to have the premium chocolates here in KY. I think I know the bar you're talking about, the one I tried was made by Lindt I think... quite delicious, most people don't like the super dark nibs though.
