Where can I find replacement tablet nibs?

I recently bought a Wacom Bamboo Fun tablet from a friend, but I can't find replacement nibs anywhere! I was going to buy them from the Wacom site directly, but they're on back order. I've tried Amazon, but they were twice as much! If it helps, I have a CTE-450. The nib I have is pretty worn down.
